Director, FP&A

You’ll drive process optimization, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and provide strategic insights that influence key decisions. From short-, mid-, and long-term planning to budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting, you’ll lead initiatives that support growth and profitability—while leveraging scenario analysis and evaluations to guide strategy. What You’ll Do: - Lead the FP&A function for APAC, setting strategic direction and optimizing performance. - Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights and support operational objectives. - Drive planning processes for sales, gross margin, capital programs, and digital investments. - Prepare forecasts and ensure APAC submissions meet global requirements with actionable insights. - Analyze financial performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and lead KPI discussions. - Prepare monthly and quarterly operating review reports and maintain dashboards for decision-making. - Support strategic planning and capital investment analysis to maximize ROI. - Contribute to month‑end processes. What You’ll Bring: - CA or CPA qualified. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. - 5–10+ years of relevant experience in listed companies or sizable organisations. - Experiences in Retail / FMCG or similar consumer goods industry. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to influence and collaborate. - Excellent analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communications skills and an ability to influence with senior leadership. - Flexible, open to new ideas, and a team player with a service‑oriented mindset.
