Hard / Vorarlberg / Österreich /Human Resources/Vollzeit HR-Projektleitung – Einführung einer globalen HR-Software (all gender) Das sind deine Aufgaben Als HR Projektleiter/in trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die erfolgreiche Steuerung und Einführung einer globalen HR-Software. In dieser Rolle stellst du sicher, dass die Softwarelösung die strategischen Unternehmensziele unterstützt, weltweit konsistent implementiert wird und die Anforderungen aller Stakeholder (Mitarbeiter/innen, Manager/innen, IT, HR, Fachbereiche, Geschäftsleitung) erfüllt. - Du übernimmst die Projektleitung für unser strategisches Projekt „UNITE“, welches bereits angelaufen ist. - UNITE umfasst sämtliche HR-Prozesse des Employee Life Cycles, z. B. Mitarbeiter- und Organisationsstammdaten, Schnittstellen, gesetzliche Anforderungen, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Talentmanagement, On-/Off-boarding etc. - Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Regionen, Implementierungspartnern und Software-Anbietern und sorgst für einen transparenten Informationsfluss. - Du steuerst ein internationales Projektteam und förderst eine transparente Kommunikation. - Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, das Budget und die Einhaltung von Meilensteinen und berichtest regelmäßig an das Top-Management. - Du stellst die Integration mit bestehenden Systemen sowie die Harmonisierung globaler HR-Prozesse sicher. - Die Umsetzung von Change-Management- und Kommunikationsstrategien gehört zu deinem Alltag, ebenso wie die Organisation von Schulungen für HR-Teams und Endanwender/innen. Das bringst du mit - Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation - Mehrjährige Praxis in internationalen Implementierungsprojekten sowie fundiertes Projekt- und Change-Management-Wissen; Kenntnisse in HR-Systemen wie Workday, Oracle HCM oder Cornerstone sind von Vorteil - Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, interkulturelle Kompetenz, hohe Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie unternehmerisches Denken - Freude daran, Menschen weiterzuentwickeln, Verantwortung zu übertragen und Strukturen zu schaffen – mit einem authentischen, pragmatischen Führungsstil - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil - Reisebereitschaft für implementierungsbezogene Projekteinsätze (ca. jeweils 1–2 Wochen) Das bieten wir dir in unserer Zusammenarbeit - Eine Kultur des Vertrauens und der Selbstverantwortung – du bekommst Freiraum, um zu gestalten - Ein Team, das gemeinsam gewinnt – interdisziplinär, motiviert und mit Spaß an neuen Ideen - Ein globales Unternehmen mit lokaler Verwurzelung und starkem Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit und Zukunftstechnologien - Die ALPLA Kids Ganztagsbetreuung für Kinder zwischen 15 Monaten und 6 Jahren - Wir belohnen gute Leistungen und fördern dein Potenzial mit dem vielfältigen Weiterbildungsangebot der ALPLA Academy Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Basierend auf dem kollektivvertraglich vorgeschriebenen Mindestgehalt, orientiert sich das tatsächliche Gehalt für diese Position an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung. #J-18808-Ljbffr
