- Diseñar e implementar estrategias innovadoras para la adquisición de couriers, asegurando un crecimiento sostenible y eficiente.
- Analizar el mercado y las tendencias para identificar las mejores fuentes de captación y optimizar la conversión de interesados a usuarios activos.
- Ejecutar campañas de reclutamiento multicanal (redes sociales, referidos, alianzas estratégicas y más) para atraer a los mejores couriers.
- Agilizar los tiempos de activación, reduciendo costos operativos y mejorando la experiencia del usuario.
- Desarrollar una propuesta de valor atractiva para los couriers, destacando beneficios como flexibilidad, ingresos competitivos y crecimiento dentro de la plataforma.
- Asegurar una experiencia fluida desde el onboarding hasta la operación diaria, con procesos claros y eficientes.
- Implementar programas de fidelización e incentivos por desempeño, referidos y antigüedad, promoviendo la retención y el compromiso de los couriers.
- Liderar equipos y operadores de adquisición, garantizando eficiencia en los procesos y alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.
Requisitos:
- Residencia en Lima.
- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carreras afines.
- Manejo Intermedio / Avanzado de Excel y Google Sheets.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para coordinar con equipos internos y externos.
- Conocimiento en procesos de atención al cliente y capacitación (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para horarios rotativos de lunes a domingo.
