Senior Supervisor – Urban Civil – South East Queensland BildGroup is dedicated to building high-quality infrastructure and supporting the communities we serve. Role Overview - Lead full‑cycle delivery of complex urban civil projects including subdivsisions, bulk earthworks, wetlands construction, and major utilities/drainage packages. - Direct daily site operations, manage site safety, quality, and environmental compliance, and oversee performance of crews across diverse projects. - Coordinate material procurement, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. - Conduct regular progress reviews, communicate status to the Project Manager and leadership team, and mentor site Supervisors and Leading Hands. Qualifications - 7+ years experience in a Supervisor or Senior Leading Hand role with extensive operational management in SEQ urban civil construction. - Demonstrable expertise managing multiple civil packages concurrently (e.g., bulk earthworks, drainage, pavements). - Exceptional leadership and mentoring capability managing large, diverse site crews and subcontractors. - Strong focus on project planning, budget management, and scheduling to deliver on‑time, on‑budget results. - QBCC Builder Licence, White Card, and current Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
