You will work side‑by‑side with our commercial team to understand client needs, design high‑level AI and Data solutions, and lead the creation of winning proposals. Responsibilities - Lead Technical Pre‑sales: Take ownership of the technical strategy for AI‑focused RFPs and RFIs. - Analyze client requirements and propose high‑level architectures for Machine Learning and AI solutions. - Create solutions that are innovative but deliverable. - Act as a trusted advisor during the discovery phase. - Lead Delivery and Be Hands‑on: Spend roughly 50% of your time supporting active client projects, leading the technical direction, and contributing directly to implementation. Qualifications - ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - ✨ 8+ Years of experience working in the IT industry. - ✨ 5+ Years of experience working in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or a technical account manager role, with a proven track record of leading technical responses to RFPs and RFIs. - ✨ 3+ Years of experience working in designing AI and ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), Python, and traditional Machine Learning (predictive models, classification). - ✨ Experience defining the team topology for a project. - ✨ Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and the Azure ecosystem. - ✨ Previous experience working for an IT services company or consultancy. - ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
