Key Responsibilities - Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects. - Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs. - Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed. - Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience. - Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops. Qualifications - Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Works well independently and in a team. - Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
