Fulltimeforce keeps growing and we are now looking for an IT Project Manager Assistant throughout #Latam, who can communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives. Requirements - Technical or professional training in areas such as Information Technology, Engineering, or Technology. - At least 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager Assistant or in similar roles. - Knowledge of advanced conversational English. - Knowledge of management principles involved in planning and coordination of people and resources. - Technology Skills: Experience using GitHub, sharing tools, and/or content workflow software. Experience with Jira and basic knowledge of Figma and Notion. What You Are Going To Do - Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives, and generate the corresponding documentation. - Plan, delegate, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. - Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met. - Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Monitor project milestones and deliverables through Jira. - Schedule and lead project meetings with developers, the CEO, and clients. - Optional task: may occasionally be asked to create tutorial videos for clients, demonstrating how to navigate the project’s website and content.
