The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent & Community Team with recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. The responsibilities of this role include providing essential administrative assistance, such as managing job postings, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, arranging interviews, and keeping our candidate database up to date.
The Recruitment Coordinator will also be responsible for talent vetting, which includes reviewing candidates' profiles and CVs, as well as executing assessment guidelines and providing onboarding support for our Community freelancers. The talent vetting process will primarily focus on freelance translation and linguistic profiles, particularly in media, entertainment (with an emphasis on sports and music) and explicit content.
This is a six-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension if goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing candidate applications daily for various recruitment campaigns.
- Utilizing social media and web recruitment tools to reach different audiences.
- Delivering daily and weekly reports to Sourcing Leaders and Talent Community Managers.
- Conducting candidate vetting, including daily checks on candidates' assessments and application progress.
- Evaluating candidates’ strengths compared to job requirements through screening, evaluation, and interviews.
- Providing excellent customer service to our global supplier base, primarily using our ticketing system.
- Supporting onboarding processes and proposing improvements.
- Assisting with quality assurance processes, procedures, and ISO audits (both internal and external).
Requirements:
- Initial experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Administrative experience and skills, ideally within talent or people management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Experience working in the localization industry is desirable.
- Interest in or professional experience with the media, entertainment and/or sports industries.
- Excellent computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Cultural sensitivity: Understanding the nuances of content, particularly for explicit and music-related roles, ensuring alignment with cultural and audience expectations.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to switch between diverse content types (e.g., featured, explicit, and music) and effectively respond to varying client demands.
- Attention to detail: Ability to ensure all client-specific SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks are met, especially for roles involving explicit content screening.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, including team members and external clients, to clarify expectations and align on recruitment goals.
- Organizational skills: Managing concurrent recruitment tasks for different client programs while maintaining focus on deadlines and priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving: Addressing gaps in candidate pipelines by leveraging insights from ongoing knowledge transfer and client requirements.
Educational level:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
