En Encora estamos en búsqueda de un Senior Account Manager (Sales Executive) para identificar oportunidades de venta y nuevos clientes potenciales en tecnología de software. Este papel desempeña un papel esencial en la construcción y el mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales sólidas. Su enfoque no solo se centrará en cerrar ventas, sino también en entender las necesidades del cliente y garantizar que la empresa pueda satisfacer esas necesidades de manera efectiva y a largo plazo. Requerimiento:
- +6 años experiencia en ventas en el sector IT.
- Experiencia en prospección/hunting de clientes, con énfasis en Banca.
- Ser residente legal en Lima, Perú.
- Experiencia con servicios del mercado IT.
- Cartera de clientes.
- Nivel de inglés: avanzado.
- Conocimientos de procesos de negocio y operaciones.
- Habilidades en análisis de datos y resolución de problemas.
- Conocimientos de software y herramientas de gestión de relaciones con clientes (CRM).
- Certificaciones relevantes en tecnologías o gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, ITIL, PMP, Agile) - Deseable.
- Habilidades en comunicación técnica y presentaciones.
- Experiencia en negociación y gestión de contratos.
Responsabilidades:
- Identificar clientes nuevos a la empresa y brindarle soluciones de negocio que representen nuevos proyectos para la empresa.
- Entender las necesidades del cliente para convertirlas en oportunidades concretas de negocio para la empresa.
- Identificar las necesidades de mercado, servicios demandados, necesidades de clientes; con el fin de identificar si nuestros servicios se alinean al mercado y ajustar la oferta.
- Realizar las negociaciones con “partners” de negocios para llevar a cabo propuestas integradas y con valor para el cliente.
- Dar seguimiento a las métricas de desempeño comerciales para asegurar un correcto y oportuno cumplimiento con las metas establecidas.
- Preparar las presentaciones comerciales adecuadas para cada proyecto.
- Indicar a producción los recursos que se necesitan para la puesta en marcha de los proyectos luego del cierre de negociación con el cliente.
- Presupuestar el servicio de cada proyecto cuidando que se cubran los costos y ganancias (negociación de descuentos, flexibilidad de costos).
- Coordinar la conformación de equipos para proyectos cada vez que se cierra una oportunidad de negocio.
- Controlar y seguimiento de la parte precontractual de los proyectos hasta la firma del contrato o inicio del proyecto.
- Mantener el CRM actualizado con la información de clientes, prospectos y el estado de sus proyectos.
- Dar seguimiento mensual a los pagos del cliente con el fin de recuperar “cash Flow” y mantener la rentabilidad esperada.
- Mantener comunicación con los PMs para conocer el estatus de la ejecución del proyecto, detectar áreas de conflicto o nuevas oportunidades.
- Asegurar que se cumpla lo estipulado en la parte contractual finiquito de contratos.
