We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist who embodies our values, is not afraid of challenges, and seeks to innovate, experiment, and progress quickly. If you identify with these aspects, we would love to talk.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and support her with marketing campaigns, online media, and strategic planning across all of our categories. This includes improving the performance of TENA's online store considering defined KPIs, analyzing receiving and processing orders in VTEX, monitoring campaigns with agencies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and others.
You will also be responsible for CRM – monitoring, creating, and sending marketing actions to the customer base, preparing reports in Google Analytics, customer service via the company's digital channels, assisting in managing the area's budget, ensuring collaboration and communication with all interested parties, providing knowledge and guidance on E-commerce performance to third parties, actively sharing best practices, and contributing to networks.
