PUESTO DE TRABAJO

COVARO SAC busca un profesional egresado de Marketing para realizar prácticas profesionales en el área inmobiliaria.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
  • Elaborar un plan de marketing a corto y mediano plazo.
  • Estudiar el mercado y segmentar el sector inmobiliario.
  • Crear y ejecutar planes de marketing para propiedades y desarrollos inmobiliarios.
  • Planificar, crear, gestionar y publicar contenidos estratégicos para las plataformas de redes sociales.
  • Realizar trabajo de campo para levantar información sobre oferta y demanda.
  • Identificar indicadores de velocidad de ventas y absorción.
REQUISITOS
  • Profesional egresado de carreras universitarias o técnicas de Marketing, Administración Comercial y/o carreras afines.
  • Dominio de Excel.
  • Profesional proactivo, responsable, con iniciativa, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, buena presencia y facilidad de palabra.
  • Experiencia mínima de 06 meses - 01 año en la gestión de campañas publicitarias pagadas, preferiblemente en el sector inmobiliario.
  • Conocimientos de plataformas publicitarias como Facebook Ads, Google Ads, y otras relevantes.
  • Habilidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en métricas clave (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Actitud orientada a resultados y pasión por optimizar el rendimiento de campañas publicitarias.

  • Lunes a Viernes de 08:30am-18:30pm y Sábados de 08:30am-1:00pm.
  • Duración de contrato: 6 meses.
  • Remuneración: S/ 1,100.00
