As a Chargeback & Chargeback Alerts Analyst, you'll play a critical role in reducing chargeback rates and improving the chargeback win rate. Your responsibilities will include preparing compelling responses to chargeback cases, maintaining accurate documentation, and conducting in-depth investigations into suspected fraudulent transactions. You'll also be responsible for analyzing data patterns and trends to provide strategies for reducing loss through fraud prevention.
