Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Development Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering retail development projects in the region, ensuring timely store openings and cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Store Implementation/Expansion: Oversee the development process for new, remodeling, expansion, and closure projects.
- Analyze Quotations: Review and analyze quotations from various suppliers for store projects.
- Procurement Management: Place orders with suppliers for furniture, fittings, and accessories.
- Communication Support: Coordinate VM/instore communication support material orders with country organizations.
- Display Capacity Calculation: Calculate display capacity of stores.
- Inventory Management: Track shipment and payments.
- Process Coordination: Follow up with involved parties within the Retail Development process.
- Business Contact: Act as a business contact for suppliers, customer service global, and Store Implementation Managers/Retail Directors/Logistics departments.
- CAPEX Administration: Manage CAPEX administration and expenses related to each project.
- KPI Analysis: Analyze Retail Development KPIs and CAPEX.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in architecture.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in development of real estate projects.
