About the Position:
We are seeking a results-driven Executive Director to lead the American Planning Association Ohio Chapter towards excellence in planning and community development. As a seasoned professional, you will develop and implement strategic planning practices, manage grants and budgets, and oversee planning activities across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement the UPWP, ensuring alignment with federal and state funding sources, and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local government agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to advance planning initiatives.
- Manage the development and implementation of planning projects, including transportation planning, population growth, and land use analyses.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
