About the Role
As a Consultant Architect at Planate Management Group, you will be working closely with integrated teams of architects, engineers, planners, and interior designers to review scopes of work, specifications, plans, and pertinent jurisdictional codes. You will ensure project design milestones and deliverable dates are met while providing contract-compliant, cost-effective design solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing the Client's Program of Requirements as per RFP and other information provided by the Client and site characteristics, coordinating and collaborating with teams, attending project kick-off meetings, site investigations, or evaluations of existing facilities within the project site, and conducting building assessment evaluations.
