About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Specialist to join our team at Mahway. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in investor communications, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless operations across our investor pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to enhance CRM systems, overseeing investor outreach and acting as the key liaison between Mahway's internal teams and its investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless communication and engagement.
• Manage the investor pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate updates to investors.
• Act as a liaison for Mahway's Fundraising Partner, ensuring smooth coordination of investor meetings.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of CRM systems and managing investor communications.
• 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or a related role.
• Experience with project management tools, hands-on experience with investor outreach, relationship management, and maintaining investor pipelines.
• Fluent in English.

About You

• You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You can expertly manage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and optimize investor communication and engagement.
• You can walk through financial data and metrics, including cap tables.
