The Position: We're hiring experienced Android Developers to join our team, working with clients through two main models:

• Team Augmentation: You'll integrate directly into client teams, collaborating with designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You'll work on FullStack product teams, developing and delivering products to clients.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Android mobile application development.
• Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of Java and Kotlin for Android development.
• Experience with bug fixing and improving app performance.
• Familiarity with Dart for Flutter development.
• Proficiency in managing relational databases like SQL Server.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent English skills.
• A degree from an accredited college or university.
• Taking ownership of your work and meeting expectations.
• Identifying with client goals and committing to delivery.
• Working 40 hours per week consistently.
