Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the implementation of processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in project delivery, and leading practices with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Supervise the implementation of processes and ensure the content related to information reaches sponsors and vice versa.
  • Improve the consistency and efficiency of project delivery capacity.
  • Lead the practices with a focus on customer satisfaction and their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in program management, projects, portfolios, and methodology for systems development. They will also possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead a geographically distributed team and develop initiatives by influence.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leadership.
  • Advanced English level.
