Sales Director Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our LATAM region sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prospect new business leads and close deals to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to the executive team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 10 years of proven work experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience selling software solutions, with a focus on AI technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field such as business administration or computer science

- Passionate about sales and driven by results-oriented mindset
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in the industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese desirable
- Able to travel regularly within the LATAM region, if needed
