Key Responsibilities:
  • Professional and efficient coordination of assigned SCM accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs, clients' SOP/IOP/SLA, and company procedures, maintaining a high customer service level.
  • Achieve and monitor time frames given by SCM clients at each shipment stage.
  • Maintain good relationships with external/internal customers and suppliers, upholding our company values.
  • Support the Lead Logistics Team on operational procedure reviews and new account implementations.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Lead Logistics CX Manager through MOS presentations on account performance.
  • Continuously strive to improve data quality, service levels, and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities for assigned accounts.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years in operations or customer services roles in International Transportation, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding.
  • Knowledge of the freight forwarding business.
  • Planning and execution capabilities.
  • Good level of written and spoken English (70-90%).
  • Good computer skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in international commerce, administration, economy, engineering careers, or related areas.
