Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Operate within effective stock and cost controls
  • Set departmental targets and objectives
  • Inspect fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance to standards
  • Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Housekeeping/Laundry Team
Requirements:
  1. Housekeeping/laundry experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  2. A successful track record of managing a large team
  3. A high school certificate or equivalent
  4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  6. Familiar with Property Management Systems
