We are seeking an experienced Solar Plant Operator to join our team at our San Martín facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our photovoltaic plant, with a strong focus on production optimization, compliance with maintenance plans, and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor systems and control operations to ensure optimal performance
  • Complete maintenance reports on time and maintain accurate records
  • Comply with company safety and environmental policies
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and stakeholders

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Technical diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in the renewable energy sector
