**Job Overview**

Saudi Aramco seeks a skilled Minerals Exploration & Mining Technical Advisor to join its Aramco Transition Minerals team. As a key member of the technical team, you will contribute to identifying and evaluating new mineral deposits that drive future growth.

The ideal candidate will design and implement comprehensive exploration programs utilizing advanced geological, geophysical, and geochemical methods to pinpoint high-potential areas. Based on economic viability, they will prioritize targets and conduct metallurgical testing and interpreting complex datasets.

Strong understanding of basin modeling processes, crustal evolution, and regional structural geology is essential to guide exploration and exploitation strategies. Some fieldwork involves collecting and analyzing samples and data to assess mineral resource quality and quantity, informing strategic decision-making.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team focuses on interpreting findings and developing recommendations for further exploration or development. Providing technical guidance to junior team members ensures high-quality data.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive exploration and mining strategies and programs aligning with company objectives and goals.
• Identify high-potential target areas through meticulous analysis of geological, geophysical, and geochemical data.
• Conduct metallurgical testing and analysis to determine ore characteristics, mineralogy, and extractability.
• Interpret geological data to provide actionable insights on mining method selection, reserve estimation, and resource optimization.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• MSc qualification in geoscience or engineering preferred.
• 15 years of experience in mineral exploration or similar role, with at least 5-10 years' experience.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
