**The Opportunity**

A Senior UX Researcher is sought for flexible, project-based development work as part of our talent network.

You will integrate directly into client teams and work alongside designers and engineers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Design user interfaces and user experiences for digital products.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies, especially generative AI.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to libraries as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional UX Research experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
