About the Role

The Strategic Finance Associate will play a key role in accelerating the growth of our business by implementing new opportunities and solutions. This involves partnering with teams across the company to improve profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate effectiveness of various products and develop creative ways to grow them.
  • Work with partners across DoorDash to ensure efficient, data-driven decisions.
  • Manage budgets for various teams and build financial models to improve our understanding of the business.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high-growth technology sector or well-established company.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency (or willingness to learn).

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, localized according to their work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
