About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solar Plant Operator to join our team at our San Martin Photovoltaic Plant in Perú. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar farm equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of solar farm equipment, including inverters, tracking systems, and protection relays.
- Performing regular inspections and monitoring of plant systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Coordinating with our Remote Operations Center (ROC) to ensure timely interventions and optimize plant performance.
- Preparing and submitting reports on operational and corrective events, as well as maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
