Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Thoughtworks Inc. This role involves applying advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques to drive business value and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting impactful data science solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Conducting experiments and developing hypotheses to solve complex business problems using advanced statistics techniques.
  • Developing and implementing data science strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Communicating technical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, optimization, and other data science techniques.
  • Understanding of specialized areas of AI, including NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI.
  • Proficiency in R, Python, or equivalent statistical/data analysis tools.
  • Gathering and preprocessing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Analyzing datasets using statistical and visualization techniques to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
  • Developing and implementing machine learning models, algorithms, and predictive analytics.
  • Evaluating model performance and validating models for robustness and reliability.
Professional Skills:
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience with GCP Cloud.
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration.
  • Resilience in ambiguous situations and adaptability.
  • Conflict management and coaching skills.

The estimated salary for this role is around $180,000-$220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
