Procurement Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and administration of vendors, including vendor database management and contract review.
• Assist in tracking and resolving issues, maintaining an action and improvement tracker.
• Monitor area performance indicators and contribute to report preparation related to purchasing and suppliers.
• Provide support for strategic projects within the procurement area.
• Collaborate on initiatives to enhance supplier relationships and propose improvements in supplier selection, management, and purchasing processes.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Administration, Finance, International Business, Process Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Showcase strong organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and ownership of challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Show proficiency in PowerPoint and Power BI, with an interest in developing clear written messages.
• Excel in advanced Excel skills, capable of thorough reviews and concise key message transformations.
• Be comfortable communicating with diverse cultures and all levels of the organization.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is €42,000 - €52,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances and location.
