Review financial aspects of agreements to ensure compliance with IFRS, donor guidelines, and internal policies. Identify potential financial risks within the project portfolio and recommend corrective actions to mitigate issues. - Reporting and Analysis:
Produce accurate and timely financial and portfolio reports, including monthly management reports. Monitor portfolio health, focusing on indirect cost recovery, exchange rate adjustments, budget variances, and audit readiness. - Communication and Liaison:
Serve as a key liaison with donors, ensuring effective communication and compliance with reporting requirements. Support internal and external audits and ensure that findings are addressed promptly.
