AECOM is seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to oversee contract administration for a major infrastructure project. As part of the Lima-based office team, this role will report directly to program management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive project success.
  • Lead procedure development and implementation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes.
  • Analyze risk and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Draft comprehensive project procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Review and assess project data to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in client and subcontractor negotiations to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor change order status and ensure project teams are informed.
  • Prepare project reports and contribute to monthly status updates.
Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • University degree in engineering, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in applicable roles on construction/engineering projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PM Document control systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in similar roles and adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with aviation projects and risk management practices.
  • Immediate availability for this critical project role.
