Administrative Support Role

Lycopodium Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Finance and People teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in payroll administration and possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in SAP payroll or similar systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll and manage related tax payments.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and compliance procedures for new starters.
  • Support the off-boarding process to ensure compliance.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Finance and People teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll administration (3+ years).
  • Expertise in SAP payroll or similar systems.
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
