Compensation and Benefits

This role offers $50,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. We provide comprehensive benefits, including generous paid holiday time, paid time off, and robust insurance plans.

As a Technical Integration Expert, you will play a key role in supporting our internal teams and clients. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and implementing integrations.

You will serve as a liaison between AR Operations and other internal teams, handling escalations and bugs. You will also track Forge and Fuse bugs, process improvements, and questions for documentation and sharing with the team.

Your skills and qualifications should include technical expertise, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities. You must be self-motivated, able to function independently and within a team structure, and comfortable brainstorming creative solutions.

Requirements
  • Must be available for in-person training (exception for existing Agency Revolution team members)
  • Must be able to work a standard schedule during set business hours
  • Must have a reliable, quiet work environment free from distractions
  • Must have an internet connection that meets FMG minimum requirements
