At Essity AB, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the transportation area costs and ensure compliance with assigned KPIs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending follow-up meetings with Customer Service teams.
  • Preparing monthly reports detailing transportation costs and performance metrics.
  • Managing KPIs for the transportation area, including tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating the homologation of suppliers and ensuring their compliance with company standards.
  • Providing support in downloading merchandise from high-level storage locations for quality sampling by regulatory affairs specialists.
  • Generating orders in SAP and recording solpeds in the traceability table.
  • Elaborating monthly data on invoices for BL support and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Executing, following up, and controlling Self-Service centralization costs.
  • Reviewing document mismatches at the logistic level and resolving discrepancies.
  • Accepting invoices that arrive via email as filed documents.
  • Ensuring that customer orders (internal and external) are delivered in the requested conditions of quality, quantity, place, and time to maintain a good level of service.
  • Managing Routings in SAP for supplier settlement submissions.
  • Receiving sales invoices, verifying compliance, and staying up-to-date on new developments.
  • Ensuring that all compliments received have no pending procedures or observations preventing their liquidation.
  • Entering local and provincial supplier compliments into the system, updating indicators.
  • Managing the traceability file and issuing charges to be sent to GBS.
  • Managing purchase requisitions for service settlements.
  • Executing policies and measures defined by the organization to guarantee employee safety and asset protection, as well as comply with quality and environmental protection standards established in applicable legislation, norms, and good practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate or bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in logistics distribution and transportation.
