Quotation Specialist

Job Overview

This role involves supporting the preparation of offers to assist the sales force. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to deliver quotes on time and maintain weekly tracking of customer quote status. Additionally, they will provide information on product availability, negotiated prices, and technical specifications to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Prepare technical and commercial quotes for stock products and special products.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of quotes.
3. Maintain weekly tracking of customer quote status.
4. Provide information on product availability, negotiated prices, and technical specifications to customers.
5. Notify sellers of delivery times.
6. Adhere to management system requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in industrial or electrical engineering and have two years' experience in commercial or related fields, specifically in quotations and/or customer service. They should also possess knowledge of company safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures, as well as intermediate English language proficiency.
