The Opportunity
As a member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll uphold the highest standards of excellence for the Incentives product. This involves reviewing, testing, and evaluating various aspects of the product to guarantee consistency, reliability, and excellence.
You'll work proactively to provide valuable insights and feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve potential issues before they reach end-users, and minimize risk while enhancing operational efficiency.
The Team
Our QA Team is looking for a talented Software Tester who will be working alongside cloud engineers, developers, designers, and business professionals as part of an agile team.
You'll help us test and deliver great customer experiences for the Incentives product, leveraging your excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new things as part of an awesome team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of verification, including functional testing and regression testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain understanding and influence business requirements
- Be the voice of quality, raising issues when needed and highlighting risks
- Deliver timely estimates of testing tasks and scope work
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of software testing experience or related experience
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Understanding of relational databases (SQL) and web service technologies (REST)
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
