We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences Transactional Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in life sciences technology transactions and a scientific background in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, bioengineering, computer science, or similar field.
- Strong drafting skills and experience with IP issues and complex agreements.
- A high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience.
Candidates should also possess:
- Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
