- 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
- Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
