Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator IV to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing review, administration, and/or compliance activities for complex contracts. This will involve leading researchers on contractual issues and administering law department activities, as well as providing guidance on contractual matters.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and provides review, administration, and/or compliance activities for complex contracts.
- Leads researchers on contractual issues and administering law department activities.
- Provides guidance on contractual matters.
- Updates the company law library with current changes in legislation and keeps management and staff informed on legislative developments and court actions that impact the company.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in law or related field plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Experience in NEC/FIDIC Contracts.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Office administration experience.
- Experience in legal aspects of PMOs, design, and construction projects.
