Job Description
The Senior Solar Plant Operator will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our solar farm.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain all plant equipment, adhering to O&M manuals and system operator requirements.
- Monitor and control plant operations, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance plans, availability, and performance KPIs, as well as Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise work brigades, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, plant performance, and any incidents that may occur.
