Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Adaptive Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive business growth, leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, analyzing marketing data and trends to make informed decisions and improve campaign outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, leveraging expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, print, and pamphlets.
  3. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through coordinated marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership position.
  2. Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and traditional marketing (print, pamphlets).
  3. Strong understanding of brand management, data analytics, and market trends.
  4. Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM software.
  5. Ability to lead a diverse team and manage projects efficiently.
