Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Technical Delivery Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in developing, executing, and maintaining robust automated and manual testing frameworks to ensure the functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability of our web and cloud-based platforms.

This role requires deep expertise in test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and software validation practices across functional, performance, end-to-end, and UI testing domains. The ideal candidate has a strong technical mindset, a solid background in software development and testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for functional, performance, end-to-end, and UI testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Build and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios for web and cloud-based services.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipelines, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins to enable fast, reliable deployments.
  • Monitor and analyze test results to identify and address defects, performance bottlenecks, and reliability issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and incorporate industry best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance testing processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance on automated testing practices to team members.
  • Ensure robust test system design with a focus on repeatability, scalability, and high test coverage.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated enterprise-grade software testing solutions.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially AWS (Code Pipelines) or Azure (DevOps, Azure Test Plans).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automated testing solutions for web and cloud-based systems.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, or similar.
  • Strong background in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of Mobile Apps and UI testing using frameworks like Appium and Percy.
  • Experience executing performance/load tests with JMeter, K6, or Gatling.
  • Strong experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) using Cucumber, Gherkin, or SpecFlow.
