About the RoleThis part-time position requires you to work in various settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, adhering to Professional Practice Standards defined by ANA.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Pediatric, obstetrical, or surgical experience relevant to the clinic setting (preferred).
- A valid Registered Nurse license in Iowa or Illinois, with a second state license required within 12 months.
- Less than one year of experience in nursing.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, based on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
