Thechrist seeks a skilled Sacred Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of its temples and other facilities worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Coordinating the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Temple Facility Management System (TFMS) software program.
  • Providing expert-level consultation to Area Temple Facilities Managers and Temple Facilities Managers on sacred facilities, including design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Directly supervising interns and missionaries in data collection and auditing.
  • Interpreting, monitoring, and advising on TFMS program data for each temple site.
  • Conducting training sessions for TFMs and their staffs on the TFMS program.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities, providing technical assistance, and conducting trainings in support of annual plans.
  • Monitoring energy improvement opportunities and utility performance.
  • Developing methods to extend the life expectancy of site and building systems.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in engineering, facilities or construction management, and excellent leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills. You should possess a current Temple Recommend and have at least 5 years' experience in a temple environment or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
