Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel packages to potential customers, including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Create customized itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and travel destinations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 1 year or more experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation processes.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
