**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team at Zelestra. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring systems and controlling operations, ensuring compliance with maintenance tasks, and completing reports on time.

About the Role:

  • Monitor systems and control operations to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Complete maintenance reports accurately and on schedule to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Operate the plant according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Remote Operations Center (ROC) to address equipment issues and provide real-time updates.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software tools and familiarity with SCADA and video surveillance systems.
  • Ability to work in shifts and maintain a valid driver's license.
