Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Release Manager to join our team. You'll work closely with our clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation: You'll integrate directly into the client's team, working alongside their existing designers and engineers.
• Design & Build: You'll work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver products to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 4 years of experience in release management or a similar role within a software development environment.
• Advanced English language skills.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Meaningful experience with project management tools like Jira and GitHub.
• Ability to plan and execute software deployments with Tiger Teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
