The Opportunity:As Cloud Operations Engineer II, you will work alongside a global team of cloud engineers to support and implement new features and enhancements to our Incentive Compensation Management products.
You will contribute to technical work on services supporting these products and manage incidents to ensure quality service delivery.

What You Bring:
- Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 2+ years of professional experience in a CloudOps / DevOps role.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, and IBM.
- Automation and software development skills with one or more programming languages.
- Previous experience with client-facing production services and incident management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What You'll Do:
- Work on infrastructure service requests towards customer-focused resolution and improvements.
- Continually monitor and tune application infrastructure to assure optimal performance and resource utilization.
- Provide technical solutions to automate processes or functions to improve business operations.
- Support releases, enhancements, and upgrades throughout nonproduction and production environments.
Your Growth Path:
- In the short term, you'll complete training on our tech stack and join a squad of cloud engineers to support and optimize our production environments.
- In the medium term, you'll master our customer-focused service requests workflows to resolution and continually monitor and tune application infrastructure.
- In the long term, you'll be a subject matter expert in our core support service request workflows and participate in technical discussions and design for new projects.
