Your Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating the construction of Lennar homes to ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes. They will work closely with our construction management team to identify and document defects, deviations, and noncompliance issues. The Quality Assurance Specialist will also communicate inspection results, recommendations, and areas for improvement to community teams and customers.
Requirements
To be successful as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you should have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred. Previous experience in construction quality inspection or a related role is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes is essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

About the Position
This position requires regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours. You must be able to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.
