Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior React Software Engineer to lead our front-end development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing complex user interfaces using React.js and related technologies. Your expertise will enable us to deliver scalable and maintainable applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsibilities- Design and implement a new UI framework based on React, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, prioritizing customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality code, adhering to established guidelines and conventions.
- Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive user interfaces in collaboration with the design team, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability, identifying areas for improvement through thorough analysis and testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a React Developer or similar role, demonstrating expertise in architecting and building complex user interfaces.
- Deep understanding of React and its core principles, including state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/Sass/ Less, with experience in modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
