Job Summary
Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our team in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will play a critical role in helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.
About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires a valid Louisiana State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students;
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments;
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings;
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students;
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions;
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
